Short Take 3: Believe the (Political) Science

As weeks of Gov. Wolf’s shutdown order drag on, we’re told to rely on the data, trust the science, and believe the experts. But what is the data? What is the science? Who are the experts? As Wolf repeatedly refuses to answer such questions, it seems more likely his decisions are being driven by political science more than actual science.
